Terms and Conditions
1.
Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and the
immediate families of VisitScotland, Forbes of Kingennie Resort,
Dundee Heritage Trust, Dundee Repertory Theatre, their agents or
anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2.
Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries
will be accepted.
3.
Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take
part & to be awarded prize.
4.
Draw closes 26.02.12.
5. No
purchase necessary.
6. To
enter simply log on to www.visitscotland.com/surprise and register
your details.

All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the
following: 1. A seven-night stay for 2 people in the Leannan
Boathouse self-catering lodge 2. Golf and fishing at Forbes of
Kingennie Resort 3. Dinner for two for one evening in the Waterside
restaurant at Forbes of Kingennie, 4. A free VIP tour for two of
RRS Discovery 5. A free VIP tour for two of Verdant Works 6. A
Dundee Heritage Trust food and drink hamper to the value of £50 -
the hamper will include food and drink available at time of
redemption 7. A pre-show meal for two (set menu) in the Encore
Brasserie and bar at Dundee Repertory Theatre and 8. Two tickets
for a Dundee Rep Ensemble production.

The prize is subject to availability and must be taken in full by
01.08.12.
9. No
alternative will be offered to prize winners not able to take
up any particular element of the prize as outlined.
10. The
accommodation comprises a 7-night stay in the Leannan Boathouse
which sleeps two. Bed linen and towels are included.
The accommodation is non smoking and pets are not
allowed.
11. The prize
does not include any transport, spending allowance, travel
insurance or any other expenses.
12. All elements
of the prize package are subject to availability, change and prize
fund provider standard operator terms and conditions. The prize
cannot be taken during the festive and holiday periods and is
subject to availability.
13. The prize is
as stated. No cash or other alternative prize is available, except
that in the event of circumstances outwith its control, the
promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or
greater value.
14. One winner
will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all
entries received by 29.02.12 and notified in writing within 28
days of the closing date.
15. Confirmation
on redemption of the prize must be received within one month of
notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize,
and another winner will be drawn. The promoter's decision is final,
and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. No
responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or
delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection
issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries
being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not
constitute proof of delivery.
17. By entering
the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be
bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part
of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and
Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.

19. Further offers
may be made to you by VisitScotland, Forbes of Kingennie Resort and
the other companies who have provided the prize. If you would
prefer not to receive these offers, please tick the opt-out option
