Witness Inverness bathed in a stunning light display as the countdown to Christmas gets underway in this magical Highland capital.

 

Come and enjoy the sights and sounds of the 2010 Christmas Lights Switch On Ceremony (November 2010). Enjoy the exciting winter events before the Festival culminates in Scotland’s biggest free Hogmanay Party in Northern Meeting Park Arena. The Red Hot Highland Fling will star The Red Hot Chilli Pipers and special guests Blazin Fiddles and Peatbog Fairies.

 

And after exploring the city’s white sites, warm up with an evening of traditional music, great food and real ale at Hootananny. Spread across three venues - the downstairs Ceilidh Cafe Bar, Mad Hatters and The Bothy Sofa Bar - this is one night you won't want to miss.

 

After dark, you could also head to Eden Court, Scotland's largest theatre complex, to enjoy its vast winter events programme.
