Enjoy a weekend long celebration of the best of Scotland in the
beautiful town of St Andrews this winter as the St Andrews Festival
2010 brings fun, laughter, music and sparkling lights
to the Fife region.
Take part in the festival this year - part of Fife's Year of
Culture - and join in thousands of revellers as the nation’s patron
saint is remembered through an enticing mix of live music and
drama on November 26 to 28.
The celebrations take off with a bang on Saturday when you can
enjoy the spectacular Torchlight Procession, Fireworks and
Nae4Whimps Street Ceilidh.
You can revel in the cultured selection of colourful events and
activities celebrating the very best of Scotland's rich arts and
cuisine, traditional concerts, classical music and recitals to
exhibitions of arts and crafts, dance and drama.
Round off the festivities on Sunday with the Taste of Scotland
Festival Food Fair and watch a special performance by the Edinburgh
String Quartet who are celebrating their 50th anniversary.
