A. Ewing's description of the Cafe

Located on Harris, one of Scotland's most untouched and enchanting islands, it offers great quality home baking amidst the beauty of a gallery set within a traditional island cottage. Stunning views. Traditional music and original art by cafe owner.

Cafe's Description

A small comfortable cafe in the Bays area of Harris (8 miles from Tarbert) where you can relax, enjoy stunning views over the Minch to Skye and see the latest oil paintings from resident artist Andrew John Craig.

What the visitor was doing that day

We had camped overnight at Luskentyre beach, in my view the world's most enchanting place, truly exotic! We'd taken our 12 week old puppy with us and were all in need of breakfast when we happened upon Skoon Art Cafe. A great welcome awaited us.
