festivals dedicated to whisky or seafood to large events where you

Savour some of the Highland’s finest malts at
the Spirit
of Speyside Whisky Festival on 3 - 7
May. Enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of distilleries that
are not usually open to the public to discover the secrets behind
the art of whisky creation. With over 200
fantastic events from learning how to
pair your favourite food and dram to wildlife walks with a
distinctly malty difference this is the perfect festival for
whisky aficionados.
Try dishes from Edinburgh’s best restaurants
at the city’s annual foodie extravaganza Taste of
Edinburgh. Soak-up the summer sunshine on 6 - 8 July
whilst enjoying mini portions of top restaurants’ signature dishes
- with such a wonderful selection you will find it difficult to
decide which dishes to choose! You can also pick-up some cookery
tips at exhibitions led by some of the world’s top chefs and TV
favourites - past exhibitioners have included Martin Wishart, Jason
Atherton and Gary Rhodes.
