Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and ROI residents only, except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

 

2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.

 

3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part and to be awarded prize.

 

4. Draw will close at midnight on 31.03.13 and one winner will be drawn from all completed entries received before the closing date .

 

5. No purchase necessary.

 

6. To enter simply complete your details on the card provided and post your completed entry card into the box provided at any VisitScotland Information Centre throughout Scotland. Please note your full name, email address, house no. and postcode must be completed for entry to the competition.

 

7. Any data captured will only be used by VisitScotland and will not be shared with any third parties.

 

8. All entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 x trip for up to 4 people to Scotland, up to a maximum value of £2,000 including all travel, accommodation, meals and all other expenses.

 

9. Prize does not include any travel insurance and must be taken in full.

 

10. All elements of prize package are subject to date availability, are weather dependent, subject to change, and are only available up to the maximum value of £2,000.

 

11. Prize is not available on bank holidays or public holidays, is subject to availability and prize must be taken by 30.11.13.

 

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.

 

13. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 03.04.13, and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

14. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to claim prize within this time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision.

 

15. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or anything else that prevents entries being received.

 

16. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in forfeit of the prize.

 

17. Prizewinner may be required to participate in publicity.
